Do you have an annual plan?
No, we only accept monthly payments.
What if I have to close my clinic due to unforeseen circumstances?
We are completely understanding that circumstances can easily change, especially in the current climate. Just send us an email and we can pause your subscription until you’re open and practicing again.
Will we be automatically charged when our trial is up?
No. You'll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. Once your trial is up, you can decide to move to a plan or cancel at any time.
How do I know if I qualify as a New Clinic?
This is for those who’ve opened your first clinic in the last 6 months. This price will be for the next 6 months. Then you’ll upgrade to a Part Time or Full Time plan.
Any discounts for non-profits or community acupuncturists?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for nonprofits and community acupuncture clinics. Contact us here >> with proof of non-profit or community acupuncture as your primary service.
