Welcome to the Happy Charting Academy. You are now entering the Level 1 Happy Charting Training. This course is a complete introductory training to those of you who are beginners to Happy Charting.

At the end of this training, you will know how to customize your dashboard so that Happy Charting can work perfectly for your clinic. Each lesson has a video that is attached to it and most videos are less than five minutes long.

There's also a downloadable resource that is a transcription of the steps and the video, so if you prefer to read instructions rather than watch them, you can download this PDF. We've also created for you simple and easy to follow action steps that you can complete at the end of each lesson.

By the end of this training, you will have a strong understanding of how everything works, you will have taken the action steps to prepare your Happy Charting account so that you can begin signing charts straight away.

One very important thing to note is you cannot customize your Patient Information and Fast Chart if you're on a tablet or a phone. So when watching this training and doing the action steps, make sure that you are following us on your computer or your laptop. We recommend having one tab up for the course and then one tab for your Happy Charting account.

The second important thing to note is that Happy Charting can only be supported on the Google Chrome browser. So make sure that when you're using it on your laptop, tablet or phone, that you've downloaded the latest version of Google Chrome.
